DELIVERY ADDRESS
When placing your order you will be asked for your delivery address. Once you place your order we cannot accept a change of address for security reasons.
Please note we can not ship to PO Boxes.
Please note we cannot change the delivery method after the order has been placed under any circumstance.
All our deliveries are handled by couriers such as Parcel Force, FedEx, and UPS. Reliability is key and that’s why we always choose a signed-for delivery service. Unfortunately we can’t offer a choice for delivery provider, we select the best option depending on shipping region. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries. Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINE
Here is a general overview of our order timeline:
• Order placed – Your order is confirmed and enters our processing queue.
• Processing time – Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, processing time may take slightly longer.
• Shipping confirmation – Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
• In transit – You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email or via our website.
Please note that it can take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to start appearing after the parcel has been dispatched.
DELIVERY TIMES
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 1-5 business days to process and prepare your products. The processing time is separate from the shipping time. During the processing of your order we do strict quality-control tests and make sure your parcels are carefully packed.
Kindly note during busy times of year and during times where we have increased high demand of products, a small number of orders may still need between 5-7 business days depending on stock availability.
Shipping time: For Free Standard Shipping, it will take from 5 to 12 business business days for your orders to reach you, some distance areas and countries might take longer.
Our system will send you notification emails once your parcel has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you can follow the updates of your parcel.

We can ship to most countries in the world.
Can I make Changes To My Order?
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we generally cannot make changes or cancel it as it may already be in processing.
However, under certain circumstances we may be able to accept cancellation requests within 2 hours of the order being placed. This is not guaranteed and will depend on whether the order has already entered processing.
After this 2-hour window, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.
