How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received and is being processed.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which you can use to follow the progress of your shipment.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before being dispatched. During busy periods or when certain products experience high demand, processing times may take slightly longer.

How can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we are unfortunately unable to make changes or cancel it as it may already be in processing.
If you change your mind, you may return the item once it has been delivered in accordance with our Returns Policy.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address
If you notice that you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing.
Returns Policy
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with no signs of damage.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. If items are returned used, worn, or damaged, we unfortunately cannot process a refund or exchange.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns or exchanges, as we can only process refunds or exchanges for items that are successfully returned and received by our team.
Sale items: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Underwear & swimwear: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free for most countries. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
My tracking hasn’t updated yet
Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear after your parcel has been dispatched. If your tracking has not updated after this time, please allow a little longer as courier systems may occasionally experience delays.
What if my parcel is delayed?
While we always aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or high shipping volumes. If your parcel appears delayed, please allow additional time for delivery before contacting our support team.
