Returns & Refund Policy

How long can I return the items?

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition .

Return Process

1. Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office and provide the tracking number to our customer service.

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process all returns within 10 working days of delivery to us, providing there are no issues with the return. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Store credit will be issued via gift card. Exchanges will be automatically processed as a new order and shipped out to you on standard delivery. We’ll email you once we’ve received and processed your return.

Important notice:

1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 7 days from the date you’ve received all your items.

2. The returns will be made at your own cost.

3. Please make sure you don’t include items not from SAINT TROPIC by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

4. If you provide incorrect recipient information, your package may be lost or returned and we will not be responsible.
*Please make sure you enter the correct recipient information to avoid unnecessary trouble.

5. Returned items must be in their unused condition. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service, we will provide you a return address and you will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags).

2. Flash sale/Special offer products (excluding quality issues not due to human factors).

3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

Cancel the order

Once your order has been made, we begin processing immediately, therefore we are unable to cancel your order. Once you receive your order please reach out to return.
